At Sovani Art, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our 3D art sculptures on canvas. Please review the following policies regarding returns, refunds, and shipping. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The artwork must also be in its original packaging to ensure safe return shipping.

Timeframe for Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or commissioned art pieces are non-returnable.
  • Artworks marked as final sale or promotional items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact us at sovaniart@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. After approval, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the artwork back to us.

2. Refunds

Refund Eligibility

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, credited to your original method of payment.

Shipping Fees for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.
  • If you need to exchange an artwork for the same item, contact us at sovaniart@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please email sovaniart@hotmail.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

5. Shipping of 3D Sculptures

All 3D artworks are carefully packaged to ensure their safe arrival. However, once the item has been shipped, Sovani Art is not responsible for damage or delays caused during transit. International customers should be aware that customs inspections may affect delivery times, and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Handling and Care Instructions

Due to the delicate nature of 3D sculptures on canvas, it’s important to handle and display the artwork with care. Sovani Art is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, hanging, or environmental exposure such as humidity, direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures. We include care instructions with each piece, and we recommend following them to preserve the integrity of the artwork.

7. Customs and International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes related to the shipment of the artwork.
  • These fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
  • When returning an item internationally, please mark it as a “Return of Goods” on customs forms to avoid additional import duties.

8. Custom and Limited-Edition Artworks

Each 3D sculpture created by Sovani Art is handcrafted, and many pieces are part of limited-edition series. Once these editions are sold out, they will not be reproduced. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for custom or limited-edition pieces. We encourage buyers to review all details and ask questions before purchasing.

9. Certificate of Authenticity

All artwork purchased from Sovani Art is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the artist, guaranteeing that the work is an original creation. This certificate confirms the piece’s authenticity and adds value to your collection.

10. Governing Law

This Return and Refund Policy, as well as any disputes arising from your purchase or use of our website, will be governed by the laws of Denmark. By purchasing from Sovani Art, you agree that any legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of Danish courts.

11. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
